But I couldn't find it helpful.I can play a set of .mp4 files.But some .mp4 are not able to play.But these files are playable in all other players. Please find a sample .mp4 file from below link, and can you please verify that this file is working in your system.

For a few months BBC iPlayer has not working been working on our UE32ES5500K TV Smart Hub. If we click on the Button, it just goes to a black screen. 4OD, ITV and other services are working OK. It won't let me Uninstall the app, so I can't reinstall a new version. It says its on Version 2.02603. If To resolve another issue I needed to do a factory reset. It did the resolve the issue but now I can not load the bbc iplayer app. It sticks on the loading page indefinitely. i have unplugged the tv, deleted the app & reinstalled. However my favourite UK TV channels were not available outside the UK and there was no BBC iPlayer USA apart from some cut down global version which was quite expensive .
