Apple TV itself is very solid and has a powerful processor (in the 4k) version that can easily handle any streaming app that I have seen. Of course the Apple TV is not magic. If lousy quality of streaming comes in they can't do anything about that except tell Hulu that it has standards of customer experience so get your act together.
