Will I did find the option under encrypt system partition. Usually I encrypt the whole drive and never saw that option before. Thank you. I am in the process of encrypting my windows 8 partition, but found that because the windows 8 boot loader takes precedence over the windows 7 loader I should be ok with just encrypting the windows 8 partition as trucrypt comes up before you can select the OS.
